  1. The restaurant at VITALIA Stow.
  2. Named for the year Stow officially became its own township. Joshua Stow, the town’s original proprietor and namesake, was once quoted as saying it was “one of the prettiest and most romantic spots in the Western Reserve.” As a member of the party led by Moses Cleaveland to survey the lands around present-day Cleveland, he would know! And with the romantic atmosphere and pretty food served at 1804, we must say we agree with his assessment!

Our culinary team, led by Executive Chef Dave Dreher, is dedicated to creating healthy, delicious meals from scratch each and every day. We source our ingredients thoughtfully, and prepare our dishes resourcefully.

We are open from 7am to 7pm daily.

“You dine on your own schedule. The dining room is open from 7 AM to 7 PM every day- and there is a 24/7 refrigerated deli-style case full of to-go meals and snacks if you get the munchies at 2 am. Want breakfast at 5pm – you got it! Do you love housemade (DELICIOUS) crab cakes for lunch AND dinner? They’re one of the specials of the week (this week) . The food is comparable to any of your favorite restaurants, and there’s something for everyone. If you don’t see what you want on the (extensive) menu, the chefs can probably even whip it up for you. Do you like Starbucks? Well, there’s even a Starbucks coffee machine, and you can get a number of beverages complete with a Starbucks cup. “
